Traveling Construction Superintendent (Nationwide Travel Required)

We are seeking experienced Traveling Construction Superintendents to oversee and manage fast-paced commercial construction projects across the country. This role offers a strong pipeline of work and the opportunity to lead projects from start to finish while traveling nationwide.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

  • Paid lodging and travel accommodations (fully arranged)

  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance

  • Daily per diem

  • Monthly paid trip home

  • Bonus potential

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial construction projects from inception through completion

  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines

  • Oversee job site safety, quality control, and compliance standards

  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and key stakeholders

  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent

  • Experience with commercial projects (retail, gas stations, restaurants, or ground-up construction)

  • Ability and willingness to travel full-time nationwide

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
