Job Title: Loaner Administrator
Location: Raynham, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour
Department: Global Supply Chain – U.S. Loaner Team


Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loaner Administrator to support daily operations within our Loaner Team. This role plays a critical part in coordinating loaner inventory, tracking field assets, and ensuring timely communication between internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, distribution, or dispatching and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal systems, including WebOps and case scheduling tools

  • Monitor and update case scheduling systems throughout the day to reflect new and changing requests

  • Coordinate and communicate critical loaner shipment information to sales agents, field teams, and internal stakeholders

  • Manage the return process for loaner products, including daily follow-ups with field agents

  • Track and escalate overdue loaners as needed

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and customer inquiries related to loaner activity

  • Maintain accurate records, including serial numbers, product contents, and usage history

  • Communicate with sales teams regarding missing, damaged, or expired items

  • Assist customer service and sales teams with proper case submission and documentation (including retraining when necessary)

  • Compile and distribute reports on overdue loaners and associated charges

  • Support weekly communications regarding assets currently on loan

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including maintaining records and reports

  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, distribution, logistics, or a related field

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
