What’s a typical day as Onsite Sr Recruiter? You’ll be:
- Providing focused recruitment support for assigned teams or functions, managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Attracting top talent and building robust candidate pipelines for both current vacancies and future hiring needs
- Conducting pre-screens, executing sourcing strategies, and delivering qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Managing requisitions, updating the ATS (Taleo), and achieving recruitment metrics while maintaining data integrity
- Sharing labor market trends, analytics, and insights with team members and management
- Preparing and securing approvals for competitive, equitable job offers in alignment with market data
- Maintaining strict compliance with all regulatory, legal, and corporate policies, ensuring process adherence
- Building strong business partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to proactively address recruitment needs
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (required)
- Have a minimum of 7+ years in recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Are a confident professional who demonstrates strong partnership and influencing skills
- Are highly proactive and self-motivated, with a track record of success in talent sourcing and recruitment delivery
- Possess experience managing multiple roles (20-25), particularly in engineering, manufacturing, quality, packaging, supervision, and operations
- Are experienced in stakeholder management, offer creation, and using ATS/CRM systems, particularly Taleo (Smart Recruiter/Workday experience a plus)
- Bonus if you have healthcare or pharmaceutical sector recruitment experience
