What’s a typical day as Onsite Sr Recruiter? You’ll be:

• Providing focused recruitment support for assigned teams or functions, managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  

• Attracting top talent and building robust candidate pipelines for both current vacancies and future hiring needs
  

• Conducting pre-screens, executing sourcing strategies, and delivering qualified candidates to hiring managers
  

• Managing requisitions, updating the ATS (Taleo), and achieving recruitment metrics while maintaining data integrity
  

• Sharing labor market trends, analytics, and insights with team members and management
  

• Preparing and securing approvals for competitive, equitable job offers in alignment with market data
  

• Maintaining strict compliance with all regulatory, legal, and corporate policies, ensuring process adherence
  

• Building strong business partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to proactively address recruitment needs

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree (required)
  

• Have a minimum of 7+ years in recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Are a confident professional who demonstrates strong partnership and influencing skills
  

• Are highly proactive and self-motivated, with a track record of success in talent sourcing and recruitment delivery
  

• Possess experience managing multiple roles (20-25), particularly in engineering, manufacturing, quality, packaging, supervision, and operations
  

• Are experienced in stakeholder management, offer creation, and using ATS/CRM systems, particularly Taleo (Smart Recruiter/Workday experience a plus)
  

• Bonus if you have healthcare or pharmaceutical sector recruitment experience
