Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented University Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition – University Recruiting team. This role will be based on-site in our Austin, TX office and will support full-life-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring needs, with a strong focus on new college graduates (NCGs) and intern roles.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has demonstrated success recruiting at scale while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles and university candidates, ensuring efficiency and quality at each stage

  • Assist in the development and execution of university recruiting initiatives, including sourcing strategies, campus events, and candidate engagement efforts

  • Adapt quickly to shifting hiring priorities and market conditions to meet business hiring goals

  • Screen candidate resumes and assess qualifications for a variety of roles

  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Partner closely with the University Relations Campus Manager to execute campus recruiting strategies

  • Serve as a campus owner for designated universities, cultivating strong relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations

  • Drive the attraction, development, and overall success of university recruiting programs with a focus on innovation and high-volume hiring

 

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in full life cycle, high-volume recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment

  • Proven experience recruiting new college graduates and interns

  • Strong understanding of university recruiting strategies and best practices

  • Experience sourcing candidates using multiple channels and tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases

  • Ability to maintain productive relationships with key business and university stakeholders
