Monitoring Operations Specialist
Join our on-site Monitoring Operations team to help safeguard properties nationwide by using advanced surveillance technologies, responding to live events, and communicating with law enforcement and property managers. This role is based on our secure, climate-controlled Las Vegas operations center and offers a fast-paced, tech-oriented work environment.
Location: Las Vegas, NV (On-site)
Pay:$18.01/hr
Shifts Available:
- Night Shift: Thursday–Monday | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Swing Shift: Friday–Tuesday | 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
(Both shifts are 5×8 hours with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe multiple live video feeds for abnormal or unsafe activity
- Provide immediate audio alerts in response to incidents
- Escalate situations to designated contacts as necessary
- Accurately record detailed incident notes
- Manage several computer screens and applications simultaneously
- Demonstrate professional focus, punctuality, and reliable attendance
- Report technical issues to IT support
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Comfortable communicating with law enforcement and property managers
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus for extended periods
- Thrives in high-volume, fast-paced settings
- Available to work weekends as part of your regular schedule
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with video gaming, call centers, dispatch, loss prevention.
- Previous work in active, desk-based environments
