Job Title: Temporary Part-Time Project Coordinator (Remote)
Pay: $22–$33/hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time (Approx. 20 hours/week)
Duration: ~12 weeks (Maternity Leave Coverage, starting mid-May)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST (flexibility required to be available for important meetings)
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates near Kennesaw, GA to pick up equipment at start of project)
Position Overview
Kelly Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Part-Time Project Coordinator to support key initiatives during a maternity leave coverage period. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping projects on track, and excels at administrative and coordination tasks.
You will play a critical role in maintaining project organization, tracking progress, supporting documentation efforts, and ensuring clear communication across teams—particularly within quality and product development initiatives in a regulated medical device environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project trackers, status reports, and documentation using Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Prepare, format, and revise PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates and project meetings
- Attend meetings, capture accurate notes, and distribute meeting summaries and action items
- Track follow-ups and proactively coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Organize and manage project files, documentation, and records with a high level of accuracy
- Support scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day project coordination activities
- Assist with document revisions, including formatting updates and tracking changes
- Contribute to quality-related initiatives, including documentation readiness and process tracking
- Support cross-functional projects, including confidential initiatives and potential acquisition tracking
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, OneNote)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience supporting project managers or cross-functional teams preferred
- Experience in regulated industries (medical device, healthcare, quality systems) is a plus

- This role supports a team with a high volume of meetings and active projects
- Work includes tracking project statuses, updating documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders
- Exposure to medical device manufacturing processes and FDA-related preparation is a plus (not required)
- Start date: As early as May 18 (flexible based on candidate availability)
