Location: Iowa City, IA
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Pay: $21/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Investigative Support Specialist to join our team in Iowa City, IA. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Test Security score review process and help ensure the integrity of testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mail & Scheduling Support: Assist with processing mail and correspondence, and manage schedules for panel processing sessions.

  • Case File & Evidence Management: Maintain individual score review case files throughout all stages of the review process, prepare evidence for panel review, and assist in the retest process as needed.

  • Communication: Effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) with staff, examinees, and others regarding the score review process and Test Security matters.

  • Judgment & Decision-Making: Exercise sound judgment within established guidelines relating to the processing of individual score review cases.

  • Investigative Support: Assist with Test Security individual score review investigations, including compiling and documenting evidence within defined procedures.

  • Team Support: Provide general support to Test Security investigators and management, ensuring all tasks are completed within established timelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage confidential information and exercise sound judgment within defined guidelines

  • Prior experience in administrative support, investigations, or test security is a plus
