$34/hour
Work Hours: 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM

What’s a typical day as Workers Compensation Plant Rep III? You’ll be:
– Analyzing and processing complex or technically difficult workers’ compensation claims by investigating and gathering information to determine the exposure on the claim.
– Managing a full case load, including cases of increased severity, while developing action plans for timely and cost-effective resolutions.
– Calculating and assigning timely and appropriate reserves to claims, ensuring reserve adequacy throughout the life of each claim.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have 3-5 years of Illinois Workers’ Compensation claims management experience (required).
– Hold a High School Diploma / GED (required); a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
– Possess experience in handling Workers’ Compensation Lost Time claims and are skilled in using cost containment techniques.
