Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Wilsonville, OR 97070-9289
Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Position Summary
The Production Operator is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment to convert raw materials into finished goods. This entry-level role involves monitoring production processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring product quality meets established specifications. The ideal candidate follows standard procedures and supports efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process.
- Monitor production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to specifications.
- Perform in-process quality checks such as hardness, weight, variation, pH, and moisture content.
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Identify equipment malfunctions or product defects and assist in troubleshooting.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and subassembly layouts as required.
- Track orders, completed work, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with materials planning, production, and maintenance teams to support scheduling and workflow.
- Requisition materials and help determine delivery timelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Little to no prior experience required; entry-level position.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Basic math and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
