Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Technician (2nd Shift – Dispenser Build)
Work Model: Onsite, Oro Valley, AZ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.89 per hour


The Opportunity

Join our manufacturing team as an Associate Manufacturing Technician focused on dispenser assembly. In this role, you’ll contribute to the production of high-quality equipment and products while supporting key manufacturing processes. We offer a dynamic environment where attention to detail and continuous improvement are valued.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned manufacturing processes according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring consistent performance

  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet strict standards

  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all relevant safety guidelines

  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and identifying opportunities for process improvements

  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation

  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to achieve production targets

Who You Are

  • 0–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and safety protocols

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Preferred (Optional):

  • Experience in diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical manufacturing

  • Familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements
