Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Technician (2nd Shift – Dispenser Build)
Work Model: Onsite, Oro Valley, AZ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.89 per hour
The Opportunity
Join our manufacturing team as an Associate Manufacturing Technician focused on dispenser assembly. In this role, you’ll contribute to the production of high-quality equipment and products while supporting key manufacturing processes. We offer a dynamic environment where attention to detail and continuous improvement are valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned manufacturing processes according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring consistent performance
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet strict standards
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all relevant safety guidelines
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to achieve production targets
Who You Are
- 0–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of industry best practices and safety protocols
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Preferred (Optional):
- Experience in diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements
