Pay Rate: $27.00/hour
Date: Thursday, May 7, 2026
Shift: 6:00 PM – 8:45 PM (Paid for 4 hours)
Location: Sullivan’s Steakhouse


Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Event Assistant to support a medical dinner meeting in Anchorage. This is a short, one-day opportunity ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills who enjoy working in a polished, event-based environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown

  • Greet and check in guests upon arrival

  • Provide general support to event staff and coordinators

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event space

  • Distribute materials or assist with light administrative tasks as needed

  • Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience throughout the event

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to stand and move for the duration of the event
