Salary:  $25.00 – $33.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st, Onsite
Duration:  1+ year.

What’s a typical day as QMS & Document Control Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Managing document lifecycle processes to ensure compliance and accuracy within the Quality Management System

  • Administering Engineering Change Orders and aligning PLM/ERP system data

  • Coordinating training assignments and maintaining up-to-date records

  • Assisting in audit preparedness and supporting process improvements in a regulated setting

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of quality and compliance

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience

  • Bring 2–5 years’ experience in quality systems and document control

  • Possess experience with PLM, ERP, or LMS systems (preferred)

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Communicate effectively and enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
