Pay Rate: $25.00/hour (1-year Contract) / Portfolio is required along with resume for submission to customer

Shift: 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, OT may be requested during the week

What’s a typical day as Graphic Designer? You’ll be:

  • Designing marketing communication materials of low complexity and scope, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

  • Conducting voice of the customer initiatives, journey mapping, and touchpoint analysis to identify pain points and improve customer experience.

  • Researching and interpreting data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design.

  • Supporting the implementation of customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes.

  • Delivering small project workstreams within defined time and quality parameters.

  • Advising on data management systems and reporting noncompliance with policies and procedures.

  • Participating in training, coaching, and ongoing education to maintain industry best practices.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Minimum of a 2-year Degree required, 4-year preferred

  • 2-3 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat is a plus)

  • Microsoft Excel proficiency is required

  • Bring skills in action planning, data collection and analysis, planning and organizing, policy and regulation, product development assessment, brand management, customer and market analysis, and market research.

  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn and grow within a creative team environment.
