? What You’ll Do

As a Load Port Technician, you’ll work inside TSMC’s semiconductor manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for handling materials and supporting the production process while following strict safety and quality procedures.

Your day may include:

• Handling and transferring semiconductor wafers using FOSBs and FOUPs

  
  

• Packing and unpacking wafers and materials

  
  

• Using manual transfer tools when required

  
  

• Replenishing materials and exchanging recycling bins

  
  

• Packing and unpacking FOUPs for transfers

  
  

• Preparing load ports for cleaning

  
  

• Cleaning and wiping down load ports according to established procedures

  
  

• Using computer systems and monitoring multiple screens

  
  

• Following detailed SOPs and quality requirements

  
  

• Working closely with your team to meet daily production goals

? What We’re Looking For

You do not need extensive semiconductor experience to be considered.

We’re interested in candidates who have approximately 1–2 years of experience in areas such as:

• Manufacturing

  
  

• Production

  
  

• Warehouse/material handling

  
  

• Machine operation

  
  

• Assembly

  
  

• Maintenance or mechanical work

  
  

• Quality inspection

  
  

• Equipment operation

  
  

• Other hands-on or technical environments

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a High School Diploma or GED

  
  

• Has reliable attendance and a stable work history

  
  

• Has basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills

  
  

• Pays close attention to detail

  
  

• Can follow detailed procedures and SOPs

  
  

• Is comfortable learning new technical processes

  
  

• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  
  

• Can stand and walk for most of a 12-hour shift

  
  

• Can lift up to 30 lbs.

  
  

• Is comfortable wearing cleanroom PPE, including masks, goggles, and specialized shoes

  
  

• Is willing to learn the full process and develop their skills over the first 6–9 months
