Manufacturing Technician – Level 1

We are hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing Technicians to join a leading semiconductor facility in Chandler, AZ.
No previous semiconductor or manufacturing experience is required. This is a great opportunity for dependable, motivated individuals who are interested in learning new skills and starting a career in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
As a Level 1 Manufacturing Technician, you will learn to:

Monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment
-
Follow established procedures when responding to machine alerts
-
Perform visual inspections and quality checks
-
Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
-
Use computer systems to enter information and document work
-
Support basic equipment operations
-
Work as part of a team in a controlled cleanroom environment

Follow all safety and quality requirements
You don’t need previous experience. We’re looking for people who are reliable, willing to learn, pay attention to detail, and want to build a career in the technology and manufacturing industry.
Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
-
Basic computer skills
-
Willingness to learn new processes and technical skills

Ability to follow detailed instructions

Strong attention to detail

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
-
Able to stand and walk for most of the shift
-
Willing to work in a cleanroom while wearing full PPE
-
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, construction, automotive, electronics, or other hands-on environments is a plus, but NOT required.

Must pass a background check

Must be clean-shaven if a respirator is required

Able to lift up to 25 lbs

Comfortable working in a highly controlled, technology-focused environment
