Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm (4 x 10’s)
Temp to Hire, no educational requirement

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:

  • Supporting fiberglass insulation operations under the guidance of a Shift Supervisor

  • Operating presses, assisting machine operators, and removing parts from presses

  • Separating parts from scrap, assembling and packaging parts, and preparing materials for shipment or storage

  • Following all plant safety guidelines, procedures, and personal protective equipment protocols

  • Interpreting company work orders, job control procedures, and achieving daily production goals with efficiency and accuracy

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area while reporting any unsafe conditions

  • Working as part of a team, helping your coworkers understand safety procedures and workplace expectations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Are able to work Monday–Thursday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm (four 10-hour shifts)

  • Are comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment and able to lift/move materials as needed

  • Can follow safety procedures and work instructions accurately

  • Are willing to work as part of a team and assist wherever needed to achieve goals

  • Have strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
