Kelly® is hiring a Case Manager (Customer Experience Advocate) for a reputable biopharmaceutical client supporting patients and healthcare providers across the nation. This position is remote but requires residency in the ONLY the following locations: Phoenix, AZ, Orlando, FL, Raleigh, NC, or Pittsburgh, PA
Position: Case Manager (Customer Experience Advocate)
Salary: $23.50/hour
Work Schedule: Shift assigned between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
Location: Remote (candidates must reside in Phoenix, AZ, Orlando, FL, Raleigh, NC, or Pittsburgh, PA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary case manager for patient, provider, and customer inquiries
- Support patient program enrollment, benefits verification, and pharmacy referrals
- Conduct initial patient onboarding and continued support outreach
- Maintain ongoing communication with all parties on case progress and next steps
- Process patient assistance program (PAP) requests and re-approvals promptly
- Refer patients to external programs when appropriate
- Accurately document and report adverse events and product complaints
- Independently manage a territory and make timely decisions to resolve cases
- Efficiently prioritize workload and support the needs of patients and healthcare providers
- Deliver concierge-level service and escalate complex issues as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field and manufacturer reps, providers, and program teams
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation according to program standards
- Uphold patient privacy laws and support a collaborative team environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years professional experience, with at least 2 years in customer service, call center, or insurance (preferably in healthcare or pharmacy)
- Ability to work an assigned 8-hour shift during operating hours (8am-8pm EST)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage a caseload, prioritize, and multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Comfort working in a regulated, high-volume remote environment
- Bonus: Certified Pharmacy Technician, bilingual in Spanish, or experience in benefit verification and insurance
