Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18 per hour

Schedule: 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15pm–1:45am

What’s a typical day as Assembler? You’ll be:

  • Working on an assigned production line, following SOPs for specific job assignments

  • Reading and verifying materials using the bill of materials to ensure accuracy

  • Labeling units, assembling door components, and handling complex assembly tasks

  • Ensuring all materials and final products meet quality expectations and deadlines

  • Testing and calibrating mechanisms to meet precise specifications

  • Operating manual machines and pneumatic equipment (e.g., Nail Gun, Screw Gun, Router)

  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, cleaning up after shifts, and following all operational and safety procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field (door manufacturing or woodworking preferred)

  • Possess a keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills and basic math ability

  • Can work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Are physically able to lift up to 75+ lbs. and perform repetitive motions, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, ability to read bill of materials, and knowledge of door assembly components

  • Exhibit reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent production and customer service
