Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime required based on seasonal demand and turnarounds)
Job Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and adaptable Mig Welder to join the team . This is a dynamic role where you will primarily focus on welding projects while remaining flexible enough to assist with other critical warehouse and production tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Welding (80%): Perform high-quality welding tasks as assigned to support production and fabrication needs.

Operational Support (20%): Assist with painting, order picking, staging, and other general tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all company safety protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications

Adaptability: Must be willing to pivot between welding and general labor tasks (painting, picking/staging) based on daily needs.

Flexibility: Ability to work overtime during peak seasons and turnarounds.

Tools & Equipment: During the initial 2-month probationary period, you must provide your own:

Safety toe footwear

Safety glasses and gloves

Welding shirts and work gear (The company provides the tools and welding machine.)
