Job Title: Contracts Coordinator 
Location: Lenexa KS 66215
On-Site Requirement: 2-3 days per week (flexible schedule)
Team: Contracts Team
Pay Rate: $27 – $30

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to support our Contracts Team during the MBD transition to a new company. This vital role involves collecting and reviewing all contracts and legal entities, developing an in-depth understanding of terms and conditions, and supporting the team by tracking and updating customer records. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and organize all contracts and identify relevant legal entities

  • Understand and summarize terms and conditions for internal teams

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of customer records

  • Regularly communicate contract statuses with customers

  • Collaborate closely with the Contracts Team to ensure successful transition and documentation

  • Support additional ad-hoc projects related to contracts management as needed

Requirements

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years of contracts management or closely related experience (Required)

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent (Required)

  • Degree/Certifications: Additional certifications in contracts management or paralegal studies a plus (Preferred)

  • Top Skills Required:

    1. Exceptional attention to detail

    2. Strong organizational and communication skills

    3. Experience with contracts management systems

    4. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively

    5. Proactive problem-solving abilities


  • Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with legal terminology

    • Experience with contract lifecycle management software

    • Previous work supporting business transitions
