Forklift Operator / Order Picker – Cummins Distribution | Harrisburg, PA
Kelly Services, in partnership with Cummins, is hiring immediately!
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Position: Forklift Operator / Order Picker
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
What You’ll Do:
• Operate forklifts and powered warehouse vehicles (order picker/cherry picker, reach truck, walkie rider). Forklift and reach truck experience required.
• Receive, stock, label, and handle goods/materials.
• Accurately pick, fill, and prepare warehouse orders.
• Perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Change PIV batteries and use floor scrubbers as needed.
• Manage pallet staging areas – unload/load trailers with good/bad pallets.

Requirements:
• Experience operating forklifts (reach truck experience preferred).
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, kneel, walk, and stand throughout shifts.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
