Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $15.00 per hour
Shift: 1st 8:00AM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday (half hour for lunch)

What’s a typical day as Administrative Assistant II? You’ll be:
- Providing general administrative support to all functional departments and serving as an administrative liaison within and outside the company
- Managing office tasks such as greeting visitors, operating the telephone console, scheduling appointments/meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Assisting with budget preparation, record maintenance, and generating reports, presentations, and correspondence using company software
- Overseeing office supply requisitions, P-Card reconciliation, MRO procurement, and maintaining purchasing databases
- Supporting EHS initiatives, including record retention, communication boards, and training for new employees and contractors
- Coordinating security measures, preparing badges, managing lockers, providing onboarding security training, and deploying security communications
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Sciences or any related field.
- At least two (2) years of secretarial and administrative experience, (in a manufacturing environment preferred)
- Are proficient with MS Office Systems and comfortable learning new software systems. Knowledge of personal computers and Information Systems.
- Possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in keyboarding.
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English. Purchasing skills required.
- Can prioritize tasks, manage confidential information, and interact effectively with all levels of staff and visitors
- Are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to support multiple functions such as EHS, security, and purchasing. Team oriented, flexible, and strong interpersonal skills
