Finisher – Custom Store Fixtures

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staining and painting custom store fixtures in strict accordance with engineering plans and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Stain and paint custom store fixtures according to provided plans and specifications.

  • Operate hand tools and finishing equipment including palm sanders, spray rigs, and respirators safely and efficiently.

  • Read and interpret work order packets, including drawings, cut lists, and bills of material.

  • Demonstrate a high level of quality workmanship while maintaining a pace consistent with team members.

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following established processes and guidelines.

Shifts:

  • Monday through Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm

  • Fridays and Saturdays as required, considered overtime based on workload

Skills & Qualifications:

  • General understanding of the woodworking industry.

  • Ability to work safely with a moderate level of supervision.

  • Proven skill in using hand tools and finishing equipment pertinent to woodworking.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

  • Solid work ethic with a high degree of self-motivation.
