Job details

Job Title: Assembly Worker

Location: Fresno CA 93725

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: USD 18/hr 

Contract: 2 – 4 weeks 

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Mechanical aptitude demonstrated through work experience, coursework, or hobbies
• Ability to follow detailed assembly and testing instructions
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read and understand simple layouts and assembly drawings
• Basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

Responsibilities:
• Perform repetitive mechanical assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail
• Follow all workplace safety and product quality policies and complete site-specific training
• Receive components for assembly and testing in the required sequence
• Assemble and test mechanical or electrical components
• Follow assembly and testing instructions, including color coding, PVC thermal welding, and thread taping
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to complete assembly tasks
• Enter work hours into ERP system (SAP if applicable)
• Complete required production documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement and daily housekeeping/5S activities
• Read and follow simple layouts and assembly drawings
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition
