Recruiter – Internal Kelly Opportunity
Location: Rochester, NY
Work Type: 100% in office
Pay: $60,000–$68,400 annually, based on experience and location (Plus monthly bonus)
Bilingual Spanish: A plus, but not required

Kelly is hiring an internal Recruiter to support full life cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, levels, and markets. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, moving quickly, sourcing creatively, and helping candidates and hiring leaders find the right fit.

What you’ll do:
• Manage full life cycle recruiting from intake through offer
• Source, attract, screen, and engage both active applicants and passive candidates
• Use job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system, Avature, to build strong candidate pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
• Support a consistent, fair, and equitable interview and selection process
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruiting process
• Balance multiple openings, priorities, and timelines with urgency and professionalism

This role could be a great fit if you:
• Have at least 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in a professional, industrial, or warehouse recruiting environment
• Are comfortable working 100% onsite in Rochester, NY
• Are customer-focused and able to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
• Are results-driven and able to stay focused, resilient, and organized in a fast-moving environment
• Take action quickly and bring energy, urgency, and follow-through to your work
• Can manage multiple priorities with minimal direction
• Are adaptable when priorities shift or details are unclear
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Are bilingual in Spanish, preferred but not required

Compensation & benefits:
The base pay range for this position is $60,000–$68,400 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. Kelly also offers a total compensation package, including benefits designed to support your personal and professional well-being.
