Kelly is hiring an internal Sourcing Consultant to support strategic sourcing for critical roles across the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys research, creative sourcing, candidate engagement, market mapping, and building strong talent pipelines before the need becomes urgent.

What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted sourcing strategies
• Conduct market research to understand talent trends, competitor activity, and candidate preferences
• Use advanced sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, job boards, social media, LinkedIn, Indeed, and professional networks
• Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates
• Evaluate sourcing channels and methods to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Build relationships with industry contacts, recruiters, universities, and professional organizations
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure strategy effectiveness
• Use data to adjust sourcing plans and improve candidate pipeline results
• Provide guidance to recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing best practices and candidate engagement

This role could be a great fit if you:
• Have 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or candidate sourcing
• Have high-volume recruiting experience, strongly preferred
• Have prior agency or staffing firm recruitment experience, preferred
• Have experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial sectors, preferred
• Are skilled with Boolean search and creative sourcing techniques
• Are comfortable using job boards, social media, and professional platforms to attract talent
• Have experience with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, or similar systems
• Enjoy research, outreach, pipeline building, and turning cold leads into warm conversations
• Are comfortable working 100% onsite in Rochester, NY
• Communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and enjoy building relationships with candidates and internal partners

Compensation & benefits:
The base pay range for this position is $61,000–$68,400 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. Kelly also offers a total compensation package, including benefits designed to support your personal and professional well-being.
