Pay & Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
$17.50/hour

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
$18.50/hour

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
$18.50/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Load and unload saw blades on the paint line

  • Hang saw blades for the painting process

  • Remove finished products and perform quality checks

  • Follow safety and quality procedures

  • Keep your work area clean and organized

  • Work with a team to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Dependable and ready to work

  • Comfortable standing and walking during your shift

  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly

  • Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
