We’re seeking a Store Manager - Direct Hire Position (Professional in Architecture or Interior Design) to work at a leading organization in San Juan, PR. What’s a typical day as Store Manager Direct Hire Position? You’ll be:

  • Leading the integral operation of the store, including sales, customer service, merchandising, and commercial performance.

  • Meeting and exceeding established sales objectives.

  • Managing and developing the commercial team (designers and advisors).

  • Attending to key clients and high-value projects.

  • Overseeing the entire process, from client acquisition to final project delivery.

  • Coordinating with factories and suppliers to ensure timely and quality outcomes.

  • Implementing commercial strategies and brand positioning in the local market.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Hold a professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

  • Have 5-8 years of proven experience in retail, design, sales, or project management roles.

  • Are strongly oriented toward sales and passionate about closing deals.

  • Demonstrate proactive, organized, and results-driven qualities.

  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Have the ability to lead, motivate, and manage sales teams.

  • Exhibit high responsibility, autonomy, and sound decision-making.

  • Are experienced in serving demanding clients such as architects, designers, developers, and end customers.

  • Are proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and similar programs.

  • Can read and interpret architectural plans and prepare design proposals and budgets.

  • (Preferred) Have experience with luxury brands, European design, kitchen/bath/revestment projects, and a network in the sector.
