Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$25 – 30/hr

What’s a typical day as a Project Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Attending meetings and drafting and organizing meeting minutes, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Tracking and logging attendance at both large coalition meetings and small workgroups, which may take up to 50% of your weekly schedule.
• Logging technical assistance tracking logs for meetings in addition to meeting minutes, while consistently communicating with Project Directors for reminders and status reports.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have prior experience in administrative support or project coordination, with a strong attention to detail.
• Are proficient in using project management tools such as Monday.com, SharePoint, and REDCap.
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
