General Laborer – Food Production (experience in construction or other physical jobs encouraged to apply!!)
Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $18 an hour
Schedule: 

• 1st shift, 6am to 6pm
  

• 2nd shift, 6pm to 6am 
  

• 2/2/3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on..)

Our client in the food production industry is seeking motivated Laborers to join their team in the meat room. This is a hands-on role operating industrial equipment in a fast-paced, cold environment—must be okay with a physical job and working exclusively with raw meat products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery on the processing floor
Handle and process raw materials (including meat) to meet production specifications
Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate mechanical concerns
Follow strict safety, quality, and sanitation protocols
Work in a cold room environment (24–28°F), with occasional time in a -10°F blast freezer
Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
