Bilingual Translator – English/Spanish
Location: Fletcher, NC
Pay: $20.00/hr
Shifts:
•    1st – Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
•    2nd – Monday – Friday, 3:15 PM – 11:30 PM
•    3rd – Sunday – Thursday, 11:15 PM – 7:15 AM

What You’ll Do:
•    Translate in real-time between English and Spanish during meetings, training sessions, and daily operations
•    Support instructors and supervisors in delivering clear, effective classroom and on-the-job training
•    Facilitate communication among employees, supervisors, and trainers
•    Translate written materials like safety instructions, operating procedures, and policies
•    Promote understanding of cultural differences for better teamwork
•    Handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally

You’re a Great Fit If You:
•    Are bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
•    Have 6 months–2 years’ experience in translation, interpretation, or training support
•    Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
•    Can accurately translate technical, safety, and operational terminology
•    Are comfortable in manufacturing, classroom, and fast-paced environments
•    Have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:
•    Manufacturing experience
•    Familiarity with safety or quality systems
•    Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, digital training tools)
