- Shift Hours: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Training Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (minimum 2 months)
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Hours per Week: 40 hours

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You’ll:
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime
- Monitor machinery performance and identify potential maintenance concerns proactively
- Repair and maintain mixers, presses, extruders, conveying systems, and related equipment
- Record and document maintenance activities using computer systems
- Work independently within assigned production areas while coordinating with the maintenance team when needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 5–7 years of progressive industrial maintenance experience
- Possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Have hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems
- Are comfortable using computers and programs such as Windows, Word, and Excel
- Can work independently and respond effectively in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and documentation systems
- Strong electrical and mechanical repair experience
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Experience working with rotating shift schedules
