Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Shift: 7AM-7PM on a 2-2-3 schedule
OR 7PM-7AM on a 2-2-3 schedule

What’s a typical day as Production Operator II? You’ll be:
- Operating manufacturing equipment, including extrusion (preferred, but not required), mixing, blending, granulation, or packaging machines
- Following batch processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality
- Troubleshooting equipment and process issues, making necessary adjustments to maintain production flow
- Performing basic quality checks, interpreting results, and accurately completing production paperwork and data entry
- Verifying raw materials, labels, and batch documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Communicating with supervisors, engineers, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues and meet production goals
- Adhering to all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and plant procedures
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a minimum of 2+ years of manufacturing experience (chemical or processing preferred)
- Possess strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot errors before they impact production
- Are comfortable handling materials, lifting up to 55 lbs, and working on your feet for 12-hour shifts
- Are willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights) and have flexibility for overtime
- Have basic verbal and written communication skills to work effectively within a team
- (Preferred) Have experience with extrusion or process manufacturing, quality documentation, or a chemical/plastics background
- (Nice to have) Forklift experience and batch processing exposure
