What’s a typical day as Production Operator II? You’ll be:

• Operating manufacturing equipment, including extrusion (preferred, but not required), mixing, blending, granulation, or packaging machines
  

• Following batch processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality
  

• Troubleshooting equipment and process issues, making necessary adjustments to maintain production flow
  

• Performing basic quality checks, interpreting results, and accurately completing production paperwork and data entry
  

• Verifying raw materials, labels, and batch documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  

• Communicating with supervisors, engineers, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues and meet production goals
  

• Adhering to all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and plant procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a minimum of 2+ years of manufacturing experience (chemical or processing preferred)
  

• Possess strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
  

• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot errors before they impact production
  

• Are comfortable handling materials, lifting up to 55 lbs, and working on your feet for 12-hour shifts
  

• Are willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights) and have flexibility for overtime
  

• Have basic verbal and written communication skills to work effectively within a team
  

• (Preferred) Have experience with extrusion or process manufacturing, quality documentation, or a chemical/plastics background
  

• (Nice to have) Forklift experience and batch processing exposure
