Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
- Shift 1: $19.50/hr
- Shift 2: $21.50/hr (+$2 differential)
- Shift 3: $21.50/hr (+$2 differential)
Shifts:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd (36–48 hours/week, 5 days/8-hour shifts)

What’s a typical day as a Seasonal Agricultural Worker Placement? You’ll be:
- Operating seed production equipment safely and efficiently
- Following all safety protocols and supporting quality standards
- Using computers and related technology to perform job duties
- Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Working in environments with dust and insects
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Can read and write English fluently (required)
- Have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Are comfortable working in environments with dust and insects
- Own or are willing to obtain steel toe boots (required)
- Have experience operating a sitting-type forklift (preferred, but training provided)
- Can commit to a consistent 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedule
- Can provide an up-to-date resume (required)
