Kelly® is seeking an Operator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Cleveland, MS. Sound like something you’re interested in? 

Pay Rate: $12.53 per hour

Shift: 2nd shift 3pm-11pm, mandatory Overtime, working 6-7 days a week, Overtime can be in the form of weekly OT not just weekend

What’s a typical day as an Operator? You’ll be:

  • Complying with all safety and quality regulations and requirements

  • Performing production inspections, documenting results, and monitoring part output from molding machines

  • Weighing, counting, packing, and accurately labeling production parts

  • Maintaining accurate documentation per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on production and quality records

  • Participating in required training and continuous improvement efforts

  • Sustaining a clean and safe work area using 6S principles

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma (required)

  • Are able to work 2nd shift with mandatory overtime and flexible scheduling (6-7 days per week)

  • Possess basic knowledge of quality and safety procedures (preferred)

  • Have mechanical aptitude and can read/understand specifications and procedures

  • Are able to complete documentation legibly

  • Can meet physical requirements: standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 75 pounds, and climbing ladders

  • Can meet visual acuity and hearing requirements (audiometric testing and hearing protection required)

  • Have good interpersonal skills and can work well in a team environment

  • Forklift training is a plus
