Kelly Services is actively looking for hard-working and motivated Full time Administrative Assistant working in Center Line.
Schedule:
-
Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
-
Long-term opportunity till the end of the year
-
Hourly pay rate $20.00 an hour
What You’ll Do:
-
General administrative duties including but not limited to managing and organizing office files, documents and supplies
-
Handle incoming communications, such as phone calls, emails and mail, and respond or forward as appropriate
-
Prepare agenda, corresponding documents, and minutes for various meetings
-
Assist with scheduling meetings for Executive and management staff; assisting in agency events
-
Assist with procurement process per policy, including request for proposal generation, summarization, and presentation]
-
Prepare and maintain a variety of document types in the Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, tracking, budgeting, and other needs as identified by management
-
Provide support and assistance to the Executive Staff on various projects as requested and directed;
-
Support the Executive Administrative Assistant as needed and directed by the CEO

Light office cleaning and supply ordering and stocking as needed;
What We’re Looking For:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and team building skills;
-
Have strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with online tools (Zoom);
-
High functioning stress management, time management, and critical thinking skills are necessary for success in this role.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED required, post-secondary education in General Business or Health Care preferred;

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; nonprofit experience is a plus;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor
-
Must be able to communicate effectively;

CPR certification offered; not required
