Pay Rate: $16 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Site Lead and Management Team, ensuring documentation is organized and processes run efficiently.
- Manage purchase orders, handle office supply orders, and coordinate business travel for company executives.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and maintaining employee records.
- Support various internal programs, coordinate meetings, and serve as a point of contact between departments.
- Ensure the effective flow of information and contribute to positive communication across the organization.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; at least 2 years of administrative or secretarial experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
