Pay range: $24–$28 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM 12-hour rotating shift (2-2-3 schedule). Work pattern: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (alternating weekly). Includes weekend rotation.

What’s a typical day as Infrastructure Shipping & Logistics Lead? You’ll be:
- Managing all outbound logistics for shelter and generator deployments from the manufacturing facility to field construction sites
- Coordinating shelter and generator preparation for shipment, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and QA release approvals
- Overseeing transportation logistics, including carrier selection, scheduling, route planning, and regulatory compliance for oversized loads
- Developing and executing master delivery schedules in alignment with construction timelines and site readiness
- Partnering with Project Managers and Field Construction Managers to validate delivery readiness and resolve site access or scheduling constraints
- Monitoring shipments end-to-end, providing proactive updates, and resolving transportation delays
- Maintaining accurate shipping records and supporting standardized logistics processes
- Contributing to continuous improvement for safety, quality, and productivity
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Bring 5+ years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, construction deployment, or heavy equipment transport
- Have experience managing oversized or specialty freight, as well as supporting construction or telecom infrastructure projects
- Possess strong logistics coordination, scheduling, and organizational skills
- Are familiar with heavy equipment transport, construction site access requirements, and deployment sequencing
- Communicate clearly and work effectively across teams
- Are comfortable working in a non-temperature controlled warehouse environment and outdoors as needed
- Can travel up to 20% for periodic site visits
Preferred:
- Experience with ILA/telecom shelter or generator deployments
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and multi-state deployment programs
- Exposure to ERP or logistics tracking systems
