Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hr.
Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm

What’s a typical day as Talent Acquisition Coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Supporting the organization’s C.A.R.E values in all recruitment activities

  • Reviewing resumes and identifying the best-fit candidates

  • Conducting initial screening interviews and organizing onsite interviews

  • Coordinating participation in career fairs and sourcing potential candidates

  • Developing compelling job postings and creating offer letters for new hires

  • Organizing new hire orientation, onboarding processes, and supporting future workforce planning

  • Editing and creating job descriptions and collaborating on diverse HR projects

  • Reporting to the Talent Acquisition HRBP Supervisor while working cross-functionally with leaders and teams

 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have an Associate degree in human resources or a related field (preferred)

  • Bring 1–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or human resources (required)

  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities with ease

  • Possess excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation and data management

  • Excel at problem-solving and critical thinking, with a customer-focused mindset
