Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$17.00 per hour and up, depending on experience and successful interview
Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (day shift, Monday–Friday), OT sometimes on Saturdays

What’s a typical day as Cabinet Builder? You’ll be:

  • Assembling cabinets according to production standards and product order specifications.

  • Utilizing pre-kitted carts to efficiently build cabinet boxes.

  • Attaching parts and subassemblies using glue, dowels, nails, screws, and clamps.

  • Maintaining a high level of precision and craftsmanship during the entire assembly process.

  • Adhering to production schedules and daily output goals.

  • Communicating with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Supporting company values and committing to producing only quality products.

  • Completing other job duties as assigned by leadership.

 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have experience in woodworking or carpentry (preferred).

  • Are familiar with woodworking tools and equipment.

  • Are proficient at reading measuring devices, including tape measures, straight rule, and levels.

  • Can add and subtract measurements accurately.

  • Are detail-oriented and focused on producing high-quality work.

  • Can identify and use proper tools to complete tasks effectively.

  • Can lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during work hours.

  • Want to be part of a team and contribute to a thriving company.
