Urgently Hiring MIG Welder $19/hr | Hesston, KS
Kelly® is hiring for MIG welding role at Stanley Black & Decker. Join our production team as a MIG Welder on 2nd shift. You will fit, track, and weld parts per work documents, ensuring safety and quality.
Shift
2:30pm – 10:30pm (Mon–Fri)
What You’ll Do
- Assemble and weld parts using MIG process
- Operate and maintain welding equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Maintain a clean work area

Requirements
- 2–5 years production welding experience
- MIG welding skills; must pass internal test
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Knowledge of welding safety
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and handle materials in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and work in a fast-paced environment
- Will need to take welding test onsite
