We’re seeking talented individuals—from entry level to experienced leads—to join our Material Operations team!
Pay Rates: $20-$24/hr
Open Roles in Material Operations:
Inbound & Recycling Operator — Entry Level

  • Support receiving, sorting, and staging of inbound materials for production and assembly

  • Manage recycling, scrap segregation, and material disposal in line with environmental standards

  • Maintain accurate records to ensure inventory and material flow integrity

Kitting Lead — Experienced / Lead Level

  • Oversee kitting activities to prepare production kits accurately and efficiently

  • Lead and supervise kitting operators; coordinate with production for timely delivery of kits

  • Resolve material shortages and ensure traceability, labeling, and documentation of kit components

Forklift Lead — Experienced / Lead Level

  • Lead daily forklift operations; coordinate material movement across warehouse and production areas

  • Supervise forklift operators and ensure safe, timely delivery of materials to production lines

  • Maintain material staging, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety standards

How Material Operations Work Together:
Our Material Operations team ensures seamless flow of essential materials—from receiving and inventory management, to kitting and material movement—supporting assembly, maintenance, and testing of AI servers. Operators, leads, and specialists coordinate activities to optimize productivity, maintain accurate inventory, and uphold safety and environmental standards. Together, they create the backbone for world-class, technology-driven manufacturing and service.
