That’s a typical day as Service Coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Answering and directing incoming service phone calls to the appropriate personnel

  • Documenting all phone log information for customer history databases

  • Assessing customer service needs based on their equipment and making detailed notes for improvement

  • Booking technicians for service calls and arranging travel logistics

  • Invoicing billable expenses for phone support, field service, and repairs

  • Managing technician expense reports and monitoring billable expenses

  • Budgeting and estimating future service calls and larger installations

  • Coordinating with additional teams and multiple vendors on larger installations

  • Receiving and processing vendor invoices

  • Providing prompt communication with clients and technicians

  • Keeping technician schedules updated and organized

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Are articulate with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Possess strong writing and emailing abilities

  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Are familiar with Microsoft NAV, SAP, or Great Plains (preferred but not required)

  • Thrive in a team environment and work well with others
