Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Day Shift
Type: Temporary to Permanent

Our client in Brantford is growing and looking for an experienced Heavy Assembler to join their team. This is a clean, well?organized facility producing metal heat?transfer coil products, and they’re looking for someone who can step in confidently with minimal training. If you enjoy working with your hands, understand mechanical assembly, and want a long?term opportunity, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assembling metal heat?transfer coil products using detailed shop drawings
Working with pneumatic and hand tools to complete heavy mechanical builds
Operating equipment such as copper hairpin machines and manual flexpanders
Selecting and preparing the correct parts for each job
Performing quality checks and completing simple documentation
Keeping your work area organized using 5S and lean practices
Following all safety procedures throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who already has strong assembly experience and can get up to speed quickly.
Previous heavy mechanical assembly experience (HVAC, metal fabrication, industrial equipment, or similar)
Comfortable using pneumatic air tools (rivet guns, drills, impacts, cutting tools)
Able to read and understand blueprints or mechanical drawings
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a full shift
Reliable, safety?focused, and detail?oriented
Comfortable using basic computer systems
Available to start right away
