Job Title: General Laborer

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator / General Laborer to join our team in Brookshire, TX. In this role, you will support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently. This is a fantastic, stable Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a premier employer.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday)


  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


  • Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor tasks, including assembling, packing, and sorting production materials.


  • Feed raw materials into production machinery and monitor the line for quality control.


  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.


  • Load and unload products or materials as directed by the floor supervisor.


  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily output goals.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.


  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs consistently throughout an 8-hour shift.


  • Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and a reliable means of transportation to Brookshire, TX.


  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
