Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Pedricktown, NJ
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our team in Pedricktown. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for moving materials, supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility or onto trucks, either manually or using a hand truck. Your work will help keep the warehouse organized, efficient, and safe.
Responsibilities:
- Move materials, supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility using manual methods or a hand truck.
- Load finished products onto pallets or hand trucks.
- Stack skids or pallets in designated storage areas.
- Provide cleaning services as needed, such as sweeping, cleaning offices, and removing trash.
- Perform related duties to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Follow established safety and operational procedures.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or lead.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
- Able to lift and/or pull up to 50 lbs without restriction.
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching above the head and below the waist.
- Comfortable with frequent walking throughout a large facility.
- Capable of working in environments with varying noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperatures.
- Willingness to access all areas of the building as needed.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Ability and willingness to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
