Pay Rate: $46.00 per hour (2-year contract)
Shift: 2pm-10pm, before, after shift and weekend overtime likely—Saturdays

What’s a typical day as Production Supervisor? You’ll be:
- Supervising production, maintenance, and warehouse employees to achieve departmental goals in safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Acting as the first-line liaison between production employees and management, representing company interests on the shop floor
- Investigating and resolving system, part, people, or process issues to reduce costs and improve performance
- Administering employee policies, practices, and work rules, and taking corrective action as necessary
- Working with the Safety Team to enforce safety regulations and prevent injuries
- Planning for equipment and facility maintenance to maximize uptime and capital asset utilization
- Managing departmental budgets to control costs
- Fostering an equitable employee environment with strong communication and feedback
- Ensuring personnel have the training, instructions, and tools they need to succeed
- Leading departmental continuous improvement activities and monitoring quality standards
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience supervising in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment (required)
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP is a plus
- Possess knowledge of manufacturing and distribution processes, lean manufacturing, Just-in-Time, Kanban, and continuous improvement methods
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills
- Can effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Are able to work 2nd shift and flexibility for before/after shift and weekend overtime (Saturdays as needed)
- Have a commitment to workplace safety and quality
- Are a productive team player with a high level of integrity and accountability
- Can provide your own safety shoes/metatarsals and all required PPE (provided by the company as needed)
- Are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
