Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
Location: Irvine, CA – Onsite
Schedule: 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift

What’s a typical day as a Cleanroom Assembler? You’ll be:
• Assembling miniature catheter parts in a cleanroom, strictly following instructions and quality standards.
• Spending most of your shift using a microscope for tiny part assembly, including coiling wire and handling small tubing.
• Operating small hand tools with accuracy and diligence to consistently deliver high-quality, precise work that supports safe medical device production.
• Adhering to all cleanroom protocols, including gowning and cleanliness procedures.
• Maintaining strict attendance, arriving on time, and working scheduled shifts reliably.
• Working extended shifts and overtime as needed while maintaining focus and quality.
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Accepting supervision, feedback, and training to continually grow your skills.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods with strong focus.
• Are skilled in using small hand tools for fine, delicate tasks.
• Can maintain quality and accuracy over long hours, with excellent attendance and punctuality, especially in the first 90 days.
• Are comfortable following detailed instructions and cleanroom procedures.
• Have prior cleanroom or manufacturing experience (highly preferred).
• Are an entry-level candidate with strong hand skills, eager to learn and accept feedback.
• Are a strong team player with positive communication, detail-oriented and quality-conscious.
