Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

Location: Schaumburg, IL

Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm

What’s a typical day as Recruiter? You’ll be:

  • Supporting full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.

  • Greeting prospective Candidates, answering phones, and assisting with onboarding processes

  • Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active candidates using job boards and applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn).

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensuring consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection processes.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an industrial or warehouse capacity 

  • Are customer-centric and able to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.

  • Are results-driven, focused, and resilient in accomplishing tasks and goals.

  • Possess strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills with minimal direction.

  • Demonstrate adaptability, learning agility, and the ability to handle changing or ambiguous scenarios.

  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences in both English and Spanish
