Job details

We’re seeking Automotive Lot Attendants to join the Nissan team in Smyrna, TN. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.

Shift Details
3rd shift: Sun-Thur 9:30pm-6:00am $20 per hour and $1 shift differential (total of $21/hr) + Bonus opportunity

Primary Job Duties:

  • Check in and look for damage on newly delivered vehicles. Update. Follow protocol for approvals/rejections.

  • Perform all aspects of a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) for both Nissan and Infiniti vehicles. Each PDI must be done according to respective inspection standards and properly noted in any system of record.

  • Perform Vehicle Detailing (wash and vacuum) and general clean up.

  • Maintain the CV facilities working area to keep it clean and orderly.

  • Attend training as required to learn about new PDI or other related processes.

  • Ensure vehicles are processed for auction and transported to locations as necessary. 

  • Provide great customer service for employees/retirees when in the shop for service and other maintenance related items.

  • As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative. 

Job Knowledge and Skills:
General working knowledge in an automotive environment (e.g. dealership, Lube Oil Filter shop.)  Appropriate time management, customer service, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to interact with both employees/retirees as well as vendors.

Experience:
1 year of related experience

Education:
High School Diploma or GED   

Other:
Valid driver’s license

Lifting
5-75 pounds
